[懇親会] 17時20分～19時00分 *懇親会は参加自由。

“Career Fair for Ph. D students & postdocs” will be held on November 7th.
This is a meeting event where Ph. D students & postdocs can exchange information with representatives from Japanese companies.
The event consists of three different stages.
<Stage I>Poster presentation
45 of Ph. D students and postdocs will present their research activities, their characters and future plans.
<Stage II>Company presentations
Representatives or recruitment staff will make a speech regarding their company and expectations for Ph. D students and postdocs.
<StageIII>Social gathering
It is a great opportunity to talk with representative from participating companies.
The maximum number for this event is 100 people, but only 45 of Ph. D students and postdocs can make poster presentation.
